What does the little vent in the dashboard by right knee do? It has a Tiny fan in it. Is it a sensor for climate control? DVD Package

Yes, people are referring to the rear DVD player--which comes in a package with other upgrades, depending upon the model.

Completed on 2010 Pathfinder

I was able to complete the modification on my 2010 Pathfinder. It seems to be working great on a little test drive. It does lose its location quickly in the "full control" mode, but finds it again after I switch back to the factory settings. It took me about 3 hours, but I haven't done any...

I asked the same question and the author provided the answer--the wire is necessary to send speed information to the GPS. If you cut it (and leave it off) your GPS will eventually lose track of your location.

Wasn't in my 2010 either. However, the first aid kit itself really isn't near as important as the knowledge you carry in your head. A gallon size zip lock bag filled with maybe $10 to $20 of stuff you know how to use, would fit just fine in the pocket. My own kit is in an ammo box and just loose in...

First Aid Kit

I did not get one with my 2010 Pathfinder. I went to the dealer to ask for one, and they did not have one in stock, but will order one for an Xtera and let me see if it fits.
