I had my sender on my 05 replaced by the dealer, it does the same thing. Its not a huge worry unless it dips below the min. mark. At least that's what the dealer says.

Just to you ride to any major auto parts store, they can hook it up to a tester to make sure the battery and its cells are good

Which DDM kit is it? do you have any pics?

You could also try heating them up with a torch to make them settle a bit. I wouldn't really recommend it! But I know it was a cheap way to lower back in the broke High school days. If you do plan on trading in the OME, I would be game to buy them or trade you mine.

Probably just a bad oil pressure sender. Mine did the same thing last year.

Just recently traded in the wife's Mini for a more family friendly mode of transportation. The new used family mover is an '05 SE Off-road. I have already got a few off road scars, (just don't tell the wifey). Anyways the wife loves it and I am impressed with it. So, let the fun begin.
