Its just the stock exhaust for now. Was thinking about putting on a new exhaust eventually.

Definitely sounds like a failing ECM, which like previously posted is under a recall. I just had mine replaced and took only 20 min.

There is a easy fix for it with step-by-step instructions. You have to register to the website linked (Nissan Help) to be able to download the TSB, or if you want, I can can send the file to your email, I still have it sitting on my desktop.
