Hi, Sorry for taking so long to reply...I was looking for pics of my old Pathy and found this thread. The paint colour is from a Nissan Murano, I believe "Sunlight Copper Metallic". The light bar is was factory installed at the time of purchase and available as an option from Nissan; aroun...

Well got it back from the dealer. It was break in the wiring harness. Took 5 hrs labour. Was told they had to drop the exhaust and the tank. Fixed the break in the wiring. $618, all labour, no parts. Had this 06 Pathfinder for 2 years and I've already spent more fixing it than my 92 Pathfinder I had...

Mine just started doing this. VDC, SLIP, ABS, 4WD lights are on. The LCD icon showing the 4WD mode is blank. Brake fluid is right in between MAX and MIN. Disconnected battery and reconnected, no change (this reminds me of how I fix my computer when it doesn't work :? ) The ABS is definitely not func...

Yeah, it was a shame to sell it indeed. I got posted to a new province, so it had to undergo a pretty strict inspection. The mechanic failed it for 'surface rust on the brake lines'...was going to cost me thousands to fix up to pass, money that I had set aside for a new SUV. The guy I sold it to hap...

Sorry to hear about the accident, but $1700... I figred it would be 3-4 times that. We are getting raped in Canada for collision. I scratched the back bumper of mine, like, you can barely see it, and was quoted $662.55. That faint grey mark is the scratch http://photoshare.shaw.ca/image/7/3/a/165453...

x2. I put maybe 30 pounds of pressure on a tie down strap, and it pulled right out.

Do the AB cops hassle you about the tint?

What's involved in removing the roof rack. We never use our and I like the clean look you've got. Are there some kind of factory plug available for the holes in the roof?

I'd buy one if it looked as good as that. We've never used our hitch (except to shatter the front bumper of a Honda civic)

Dealer and I met last week. Where I live, there is a regulatory body that deals with this sort of complaint. They will assign an arbitrater to my case and determine compensation. Since I don;t want the dealer to buy back the truck, I expect it will be cash-out. Since the dealer is not a Nissan deale...

Just had both front U-joints replaced, vibration is gone. Thanks to all here who helped diagnose.

Also, had the brakes 'inspected / cleaned' and the clicking is gone. Don't know if it was the UJ's or the brakes.

Joints covered under powertain warranty.

Rant: Dealer did not advise of a replaced cluster. Advice?

Hey guys, wondering what your thoughts are on this situation. I bought a used 2006 SE in 2009. It had 11,400km on it. The low mileage was the deciding factor in buying this vehicle. I bought it from a non-Nissan dealer who has a good rep in the city. Today, I took it in to the Nissan dealer and ment...

I clay bar'd after taking the sticker / letters off as there was a slight ghosting visible when the sun hit it at a certain angle. After that, some wax, and you can't see where it was.

We got a 2006 SE in 2009. Though it was 3 years old, it only had 11,400km on it.

Dealer traded us $3500 for a 99 RAV-4 with 277,000km on it.

With the trade, we got it for $20k Cdn. The window sticker was still in the glove box, price in 2006 was $45k.
