finally got mine done and to by pass all that hard work (but skilled) i just pick uo a set of T10 bulbs (ebay) which are compatiable with stock 168's and removed the fiture from under the latch and replaced the bulb. (heard was possible from the 08 and up, so benifical) result: http://i915.photobuck...

So finally did it and i just screwed out the fixture under the rear door trip where the door latch is and pulled out the fixture with the wire attached to it. Then just turned the bulb holder out of the fixture and replaced the bulbs super easy (thank goodness) came out nice: http://i915.photobucket...

cool,yea gona go next week to get a quote to get it stock "super black" sprayed color to match the OEM paint. But it looks awesome, it just that my truck has the aluinum grill at the front (bolt over) and the grill is to much chrome so takes away from the aftermarket grill. Ill post a pick...
