stabilty issue on winter wheels

I have just removed my Michelin ice x2 tires and wheels, I was beginning to have some stability issues when on dry pavemant, it seemed to have more roll, I out this down to the softer winter rubber compound. I spoke to Michelin re the suitability of the tire which is the same size as the all season ...

surface rust 2007

For the second time in two years I am seeing surface rust appear on the tailgate . I have had this before - it is located at either end of the chrome handle, just where the corners turn down. I had the first occurrence within warranty and the rust was treated -yeah right- and repainted, now that the...

I think the term is wind up Axle wind-up begins to occur when you select 4wd and start to corner. The reason is that when 4wd is engaged, you are driving front and rear axles at the same speed all the time - when you corner the front and rear must be driven at different speeds as they take a differe...

I have been doing some additional reading on the plenum riser, they make the comment that it can reduce the low end torque and give the additional power above 3000 rpm, did your finding show this, also they talk about a 5/16 and a 1/2 spacer, with the biggest increase using the 1/2 inch, have you do...

I would doubt it is covered by the body warranty, I think further investigation is needed, start by removing inside tailgate panel - not the best job. I believe it is a cable operated unit, maybe got some corrosion, check and spray with release type fluid, it might just have half caught and not able...

I use the 2wd setting for most situations except when the roads are wet in the the other 3 seasons. In winter I use the auto setting all the time - again except if I am on dry pavemant. 4 Hi if in deep snow. 4 Lo when towing people out of drifts I never expect great gas mileage in winter due to cold...

Even though I have the 120000km 6 year warranty on my 07 I did the bypass when I saw all the problems coming up. I used the same pipe - no additional sections just rerouted it. If it isn't in the loop it can't harm it. I spoke to my dealership about the possible cold start issues in Canada and they ...

I never doubt I would not survive the electric chair, but I am not just going to sit on it to prove a point. 23 Hp gain is quit a bit. Check what size the spare is it might be a 17 inch steel - if so the alloys should fit if that is where you are going.

I have tried to follow this thread, but seem to getting lost in the buy now cost debate. what is the purpose of spacing the plenum from the head. Will it increase air speed into the cylinders of add volume what does it do. It appear to be a CNC milled plate of about 10mm . The BHP says 2hp on the dy...
