As far as changing the ride I would try new tires. I switched to Michelins from the stock continentals and it changed the ride and character of the vehicle (way less road noise entering the cabin). As far as changing the digital display this might be something to check with a nissan dealer about (th...

Make sure that the rear trim panel on the hatch is tight. It is held on mainly by plastic clips that can come loose. If it is loose just hit the spot were it is loose a few times and the clip should go back. Thats what I would try first.

Does your pathfinder have auto headlights? I know this may sound odd but I know a person who has a lexus that if they leave their headlight selector on the auto setting it kills the battery (even though the lights are off). In your case what I would do is turn off the truck let it sit for about 5 mi...

I buy the 6ish second vids but the math just doesn't work to hit 4. Not trying to beat you up...these have a tremendous amount of potential but the HP needed to hit 4 seconds in a vehicle this heavy is in the 500-600hp range. You need a much more scientific approach to measure these as you can err ...

Ithis happens when cruise control is on and detects coasting downhill.
This is not such a bad thing as some people prefer engine braking, especially when towing.

I notice that this happens in winter, and always assumed it is due to the gas stations using 15% ethanol gas in the colder months (less bang for the buck). I'm getting a net economy of 16.5, though I've only had my PF for 2 weeks. I'm hoping I get the hang of driving it more efficiently. It could b...

Well, it's day two, no luck. I've searched from inside all my 2 year old toys (in case she saw it and decided to put it some where that it shouldn't be) all the way to inside of the shop-vac, in all our strollers, jackets, jeans, shorts, pants and even under the hood believe it or not just in case ...

Finally got the Michelin MS/2 installed this week along with a good alignment. These tires make a HUGE difference in how smooth the PF drives on the road. This thing almost feels like a luxury vehicle as all my suspension noise (or what I thought was suspension noise) is nearly gone. I had the OEM ...

This may sound silly but have you tried replacing your accessory belt? I thought that my tensioner bearing was gone but the squeak was actually from my worn out belt. I would try spraying the belt (with either WD-40 or Silicon lube) to determine if it is a worn belt causing the noise or if the noise...

I believe the sensors in the pathfinder are only used to determine low pressure and not over inflation.

I am not sure of the part numbers but there are 4 u joints in the pathfinder. One at each end of the front and rear drive shafts. You might also want to have your tires balanced as they can cause the vibration too.

I would check your cabin air filters as mentioned above. I had another silly idea but have you checked the area at the base of the windshield near the cabin air intake. Not sure if you have parked anywhere with leafs but sometimes they get sucked into the air intake. Just a thought.
