I recently ordered a set of 17" Nissan Pathfinder aluminum wheel's off of ebay, they worked out to $125cdn a wheel with shipping. However I had the wheels shipped to my friends place in Washington state. There are two problems when ordering wheels off of ebay. 1. most of the sellers won't ship ...

If you compare the specs for the 2007 pathfinder vs the 2008 you will see that the overall length of the vehicle is 187" for 2007 and 192" for 2008. I think what they have done is extend the front bumper on the 2008 to fit those extra 2 cylinders for the V8. But of course all 2008 pathfind...

I recently took my Pathfinder to the dealer, turns out one of my sensors is faulty. The funny thing is that I would have expected the little light to come on and stay on, but it remains out. The service manager told me that he put winter tires onto his nissan vehicle and it took three weeks for the ...

I too have had some problems with our 07 LE Pathfinder. My wife went on a trip about 400km each way and the TPMS light came on a few time during the trip, then the light would go out about 15minutes later. I checked all of the tire before she left, there were all at 35psi. Going to the dealer in a c...

It was in auto mode when the back end kicked out on me. The roads that night were extremely slippery. I did some playing yesterday in an empty parking lot. I left the truck in auto mode, accelerated then turned the left then the right. The vdc was applying the brakes the appropriate wheel was able t...

I have found that applying the brakes going down hill a couple of times or so will cause the transmission to downshift, thus thinking that you don't want to go any faster down the hill. In the summer time I have found that when this happens and I put my foot back onto the gas nice and easy the trans...

Cruise control and the vehicle dynamic control system

When we first got our 07 Pathfinder LE when using the cruise on the highway anytime going down a big hill it would maintain the set speed. You could feel it applying the brakes to maintain that speed. Recently when using the cruise control it hasn't been doing this. Was just curious what most of you...

Its hard to say, most companies design there own equipment but get somebody in Taiwain to manufacture it and then slap there name on it.

But from reading Bose's website it sounds like every Bose audio system is custom tailored for each vehicle.

The audio system that you have looks like its same as the 2005-2007 Pathfinder models that were sold in North America. The new nav system for the North American 2008 Pathfinder looks quite a bit different and has a 9.3GB harddrive with a back up camera. Check out Nissan's website and you'll see the ...

I noticed the specs for the 2008 pathfinder shows it being 192" long. The specs for the 2005-2007 pathfinder shows it as being 187" long. Did they stretch out the front bumper to accomidate the new bigger V8 into the front end.

Automatic window down feature discovered

I realized something rather cool after my brother showed me that his BMW M3 can have the windows put down automatically if you hold the unlock button on the remote for about 5seconds. I then tried this on my 2007 Pathfinder and the driver and passenger windows went down. To close them without gettin...
