If you have a 2012, you should be running Nissan Blue coolant if it's original. It's service interval is 150,000 miles, so it doesn't make sense to do anything with it, especially replace the radiator! Unless the radiator is damaged, leave it alone. I say the same thing for the water pump, which is...

Welcome. Nice Xterra you got there. I almost got one myself but went the Pathfinder instead. I know that some of us here wished we had that solid rear axle! As for the Titan, sounds like a great project so please post some progress pictures. The Titan and V8 Pathfinders both share the 5.6 L VK56DE e...

Nice work, looks great. I've been looking at installing Bilstein's and have a few questions if you don't mind. I see that the 5100's are adjustable from 0"-2". Is the strut stiffness the same at 0" and 2"? With the spacers in the rear, are you using the full maxed out adjustment ...

Well alright, good news. Thanks for the help.

I guess I overreacted about the rust, just excuse the southern here, I don't usually see too much rust on my vehicles.

Nervous About Control Arm Rust

What do you guys think about my rear control arms? I'm at 170,000 miles and plan on replacing them soon. Just curious about the urgency of this. http://i.imgur.com/LqUDa48.jpg http://i.imgur.com/eeNtqtV.jpg http://i.imgur.com/RYvizN3.jpg http://i.imgur.com/vLoRldA.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ZsTqAVy.jpg ...

Yep it was definitely brittle. I bumped it pretty good with my fist and it snapped right off. I was in the process of removing the bolts from the bracket that supports the intake plenum in order to access the spark plugs. I followed the V6 Spark Plug DIY guide and it went smoothly. Like you mentione...

Thanks for the help, much appreciated.

Unknown Antifreeze/Coolant Connector part

Hey guys, My wrench slipped on a stubborn bolt and my fist went into this antifreeze/coolant line connector thing and broke it. Coolant flew out of it... Here a picture of the part, its the black plastic piece at the end of the hose. If anybody knows what this is called and can provide a part number...

Same as brand new stock. I bought them off RockAuto.com and they have them labeled as "Original Ride Quality" which I'd say is pretty accurate.

I run the Monroe quick struts up front and I have the stock springs with the Airlift in the rear. The quick struts raised the front a bit but its closer to a 1/2" at most once they settled in. This could be the regular stock height as my OEM front struts were beat. I have a forward "rake&q...
