I have a 2005 Pathfinder with a 2.5" lift and had no problem getting the alignment to factory spec. It does have the rear cam bolts though.

pawjr...The bottoming out is gone, I like the poly spacer from Rancho better than an aluminum one like the PRG. The poly acts as an insulator while still increasing the preload on the stock spring. I'm sure an aluminum spacer would be noisy (squeaky) on rough roads, due to the slight shifting of it ...

It's not a hard repair at all. You just need 3M scotch weld DP190 epoxy to perform this repair, you have to use this specific epoxy due to its ability to remain flexible after cure. Here is a link to a guy who took pics on an Xterra forum http://www.thenewx.org/forum/showthread.php?t=15812&page=...

That's ironic, that's the same side as my wifes Altima. It's gotta be just a moulding or peice of trim catching air and making that sound.

Does it do it at only high speeds (above 70mph)? Was there a cross wind? Do you have a sunroof? It sounds most like a window seal or a peice of trim on the outside vibrating from the wind. My wifes Altima has this same sound at around 90 mph or less if the wind is blowing, her's is the windsheild mo...
