goblue, you shouldn't have any alignment issues, my pathy aligned perfectly within factory spec with the rancho spacers. You must live in NC, with that name and that neighborhood in the pics looks like everyother neigborhood here :) . And great looking ride btw.

^ I think i may have overstretched or ripped the bushing. When i go over speed bumps or anything similiar it sounds like a bushing is squeaking. Its either that or the rancho spacer. I have 10psi in the bags so i know there not moving around. Did you lube your bags? Mine will squeak like crazy if I...

I ordered the machined peices from ebay. They can make them to whatever dimension you need.

Here's some food for thought, and by all means post your thoughts on the matter. One of the Xterra forums has a thread talking about the stock air filter & housing. In short, if you remove the filter housing lid/cover & the air filter, you'll see a plastic pipe jutting out into the housing....

Well, reading this thread (and many others...) in its entirety certainly gives me a good overview that quite a few people are experiencing waaaaay too many issues with their 2005 Pathy's. So, I'm not alone there then.... I've got a 2005 Pathfinder, bought it in August 2008 with 52k on the odometer ...

that would be covered as part of your 3yr/36,000mi. warranty.
OOPS... I just saw your out of warranty. There is no warranty on that specific part unless it has been replaced within the last 12 mos.

#1, YOUR 4wd system isn't working either. #2 ....I think your missing the point entirely my friend.... My 4WD is working just fine... as a matter of fact I just used it today to pull my utility trailer out of a wet yard becuse my Bro had it and his 2WD Chevy got stuck. It had absolutely no problem ...

My '05 takes a turn of the wheel right or left on dry pavement to disengage the 4wd... always. But if I disengage it on gravel or dirt it will come out of 4wd with the wheels straight. The 4wd system on your Pathfinder is NOT designed to be operated (engaged/disengaged) on dry pavement, it will dama...

My AirLift bags work just fine on my '05 for loads of 4000-5000lb. I'd say if you plan on anything in the range of 5000-6000lb, you'll def want to use a weight dist. hitch along with the bags.

The Duratracs have a more agressive thread then the Zeon LTZ, so would u still think 295/60/18 would fit wiht these tires? I think I need more sidewall, so Im thinking of 285/75/16 or 285/70/17. Hard to make up my mind. Specially since I havent tried anything on the truck yet. Maybe I will go with ...

well the time has come to order my lift. Gonna be doing a semi budget 2" lift. Im going with Bilstein front struts for 2" of lift up front.(was debating on the rancho quick lift but heard they start to leak over time) With the new design on the Rancho's they don't leak down (or can't), th...

Hey Storm4.0. I really liked ur car. Nice rims and tires :). I also have a 2.5" suspensionlift (Radflo) on my Pathfinder. And I am now searching for new wheels. Do you have any problems with rubbing with your dimension - 295/65/18? I am thinking about 275/70/18, 285/70/17 or maybe 285/75/16. I...

I'd love to do this mod, but I'm afraid since the fog relay and all associated circuitry with the lights are integrated into the fabled integrated power distribution module (IPDM). I am thinking of just bypassing the factory wiring, and installing a seperate switch/relay off the park lights to turn ...
