Hey guys, I've replaced the seal on the transfer case to front driveshaft twice now, and it's leaking again. I checked the yoke, and it has some shinier spots than others, but you could barely feel it with your fingernail. Has anyone else had an issue with these seals leaking?

Because the thermostat is facing the lower rad hose (flow wise), you need to install a coolant heater in the upper rad hose, correct?

Yeah, thats what I've figured. Oh well, it runs well, just uses oil. For what I've paid ($800) I'll just keep driving it and take the synthetic out and use 5-30 conventional and just keep topping it up.

Bump!

Anything to check guys? Just changed plugs, all looked white, none with any oil deposits/grease on them. Changed PCV valve for the hell of it. No noticeable smoke, exhaust smells like only gas and no oil being burnt.

Update: Wasn't doing anything wrong, clutch was just seized onto the protruding hub of the waterpump. Used a long flat blade scredriver and pounded it between the fan clutch and water pump pulley.

Hey guys, my fan clutch is seized up so im trying to remove it... I have the shroud, and 4 nuts that hold it to the water pump pulley removed, but the thing is seized on there or something...I've pounded it, heated it, but cannot get it to separate from the water pump pulley, any help is greatly app...
