I ordered a set of cragar soft 8s 15x8 and I'm wondering if a 31x1050 will fit with no problem..? Its bone stock right now

hello.. im looking at getting tires/wheels for the pathy its stock but i want some meat under it:) ive already narrowed it down to cragar d window or soft 8s what size do you suggest i want a little widder and taller than stock and suggestions?

i just bought a 1996 le and the heater doesnt work... if i turn on the heater no air comes out of the vents im thinking its the heater blower motor...that sound about right? i checked all the fuses and they are good but i dont know what fuses go where so that would kinda be nice to know if any one h...
