Cruise Control Blinking and not setting. Not swithes

I have a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder LE that the cruise control is blinking when I turn it on and try to set it. I have searched and found many people saying to replace the switch at the brake pedal. I did that and it did not fix it. I then ordered the switches in the steering wheel. The Nissan dealer th...

Today was still nasty roads so i could duplicate driving conditions. One of my tires was at 24lbs and others at 30or 31 lbs. Filled up the tire and drove the vehicle. No issues. Talked to mechanic and tires shop......both told me that in 4x4 a low tire could throw off 4x4 and cause exact same jolt.

This is my 3rd Pathfinder and i have never had it happen.
It is 17 degrees today and horrible roads.
The only thing i have not ruled out......one tire had 25 lbs of air while others at 31 lbs. maybe maybe it is throwing off the 4x4.

I am having the same exact issue. I live in michigan and it is very bad roads today. I thought it was the vdc and one wheel hitting ice or something. I switched from auto 4x4 to locked 4x4......no change. I then turned off the vdc and still it did same jolt every once in a while. Roads were too bad ...

Thanks for the link but that really does not go into detail about the actual replacing of the cranking assembly. Search results did not find anything relevant either. I am not looking for a way to make sure it does not get stolen again. I am looking for the way to replace the cranking mechanism. Bol...

Replacing Spare Tire Assembly

I had my spare tire stolen and now have to replace not only the tire/wheel but also the entire assembly. Crawling under the pathfinder looks like the bolts are above the frame crossmember and below the body. How the heck can this be replaced? Anyone do it before? The bastards cut the chain and it ca...

It actually does not matter if it is on 65 or on 90....it is the same hot as hell air coming out. I also have had several nissan or infinity cars and their digital climate control work flawlessly. at 65 it gets so hot in the vehicle after just 6 minutes of driving.....and that is on the lowest fan s...

I think there are two issues people are talking about. If you lose your warm air when you idle or come to a stop it is probably low coolant. I have even had this with my rear air.......I did find a leak in the rear lines . The other issue that is a huge PITA is the fact the Auto climate control suck...

Are you using the right harness? Mine was plug and play. Installed very quickly and love the P3. Here is a link to the instruction to find the right connector under the dash.

Is CR like Panama where they have only two octanes of fuel.....91 and 95?
If they have the option of 95....run it in the Pathfinder. Especially if you run in any hilly or mountain areas. The extra horse power will be nice....

Most used car dealerships won't know about the issues the Pathfinder has unless they have had an issue with one in the past. When checking out the vehicle to sell....most dealers check for mechanical issues that are safety related and or prevent it from selling. They will probably change the oil but...

Well after some research I found out what is going on..... I saw from the Carfax that it was always serviced at a Nissan Dealership. At 89,000 miles it then was offered for sale and then sold at the Auction. I called the Service Departement and asked her to look up to see if any work had been done o...

Blue Smoke out of Tailpaipe

I have a Pathfinder that really smokes out the tailpipe. Most of the time is a puffy white but many times it will turn blue and you can clearly smell oil. I sell used cars and have been around over 40 used Pathfinder plus countless new ones. I have never seen this before, At first I thought it was j...

Now I just need HID fogs to make up for a little more light right in front of the vehicle. I have the same headlights from CarID. Those bits of shadow directly in front of the vehicle is the only real negative. I typically drive with my fogs on anyway, so it does fill in the shadow. Still, it would...
