The headlights are for that year range. I'd give them to you, if you were local... The box they came in is pretty big and I really dread my local post office. I think it seized, I tried to turn it over traditionally, but could not tell for sure. The dealer changed the oil just before our trip and ga...

188,135 on the clock when she died...

In the mountains no less. About an hour from where the QX4 died before it. Engine then and engine now. this time it cost me 800 plus hotel and rental car to get home last time it was just the rental car. I knew it was nearing the end one way or the other, because she was showing signs of exhaustion....

Map lamp assembly, if memory serves. Its about $120 at Courtesy Nissan. That was only 10 bucks cheaper than my local dealer... SO I bought locally.

The cup holder is no longer available as a separate piece. That back panel that has the integrated cup holder has to be replaced. Mine is broken too, I spoke to courtesy nissan a week or so ago about it. I haven't looked at the procedure yet, but I suspect the console will have to be lifted. I will ...

Could you elaborate on "punchy", as I'm not sure what that means in relation... As I haven't turned up any issues of which to be aware, could you expound on what you found? Thanks for sharing!

Re: Traded the Pathfinder in for a Durango

Just a word of thanks to everyone here, lots of great info, but after ~5 years with the Pathfinder, I traded it in for something newer, a 2012 Dodge Durango Citadel. My 06 LE was a great truck, I was sad to let it go, but it is amazing how many convenience features are in the new generation vehicle...

Re: Heating Problem

I have a 2012 Pathfinder, the problem I have is after about 10-15 minutes the heat turns to cold air. The engine temp stays the same but the air turns cold. This happens even if I am on the hwy. The fluid levels are fine and I am not losing any fluids. Any suggestions The AC/Heat in this truck has ...

Re: Please help me ID the part (pic) / source of my coolant

I have a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder. When the engine is running, I'm constantly dripping coolant, and topping off the reservoir at the end of the day. The area where the leak is, is just on the passenger side, near the firewall. I took a photo of where the leak appears to be originating from, and drew ...

I set them at the factory spec: 35 PSI cold. My Dura Grapplers are a "P" series, not an "LT" series. It appears that my Crossteks are Passenger tires as well. I only found out in the warranty document as apparently the L/Ts do not have mileage warranty. With that said, I'll main...

My friend, Paul, who owns a repair shop, swears by the Crossteks. I almost got them, but just didn't like the way they looked on the Pathfinder. I got the Nitto Dura Grapplers to replace my Michelin LTX M/S2's, mainly because of the price. I don't do much off-road, mostly paved highways and country...

Nitto Crosstek Part II

If you've seen my other thread about the chrome caps, I hope you got a chuckle, but those chrome caps facilitated a tire purchase today. As you might have guessed I bought a second set of Nitto Crossteks. I purchased the last set of Crossteks from NTB at 87K (3+ years ago), when I went to NTB I was ...

Don't put chrome caps on your valve stems! Lest ye suffer my

...fate. It was pretty cold this morning, and shortly after I started the pathfinder the TPMS went off... I rarely stop on the front side of my commute so I reserved this for after work. The last cold day triggered this event as well, but when I went to fill the tires, the caps wouldn't budge. I put...

My LE didn't come with navigation, and therein lies the rub. Does a non-nav LE not come with the LCD display where you have access to the TPMS readout, mpg display, the two trip Odo's? The only LCD in the console area is the one for the climate control, appears to be exclusively for this purpose. I...
