well i bought it, and i am very pleased with it so far.

in case anyone is wondering, the valve cover gaskets were just loose, tightened them down and no leaks since!

the door handles not opening were easy, just fixed the rods and everything is dandy.

after some wd-40 the key works in the driver ...

replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotor. let me tell ya, that last spark plug is a pain in the ass!

but now i have a new issue... YAY!

coming back from the shotgun range i noticed a hot oil smell coming from the wheel well on the passenger side... i took it in to have the brakes looked at and ...

Well i got the transmission flushed. he said it was pretty bad. he is convinced the filters had never been changed :(. it shifts a little softer now.

i also had the timing belt, tensioner, camshaft seals, water pump, and thermostat replaced. good timing too.. the mechanic showed me the old belt and ...

yeah, as soon as i can i am replacing the belt and everything else they can since they have to take all that stuff off anyway.

i was thinking of doing that, but there is a transmission mechanic down the block from me that has the machine you hook it up to to cycle the tranny fluid. he is only ...

yes it is an automatic, the fluid isnt brown, but its getting there.. i plan on having the tranny completely flushed on payday.

the whine only happens between 25-30 mph. i am still looking into it. i will have to look at the fuel pump... i have been running carb cleaner through the gas tank ...

first off id like to say hi to the forums! new user here..

i found this 93 pathfinder and i had a 30 pt inspection. here is a list of what they found

valve cover gaskets leak slightly
driver's door wont open from inside handle
cruise control not working
power locks not working
rear right door wont ...
