For the record, I'm from Florida. I did remove the other offensive text from that FindyourPath's post, but I missed the question about the designer. Most of the people here aren't from here, and they make us "real" Floridians look bad.

Re: Towing advice needed

2. The trailer is just under the towing limits for the Pathfinder at 5770 lbs. Before we get you too far into this project - where are you getting that number? Is that the dry/empty number quoted by the manufacturer?[snip...]A camper big enough to be 5770lbs empty is no joke, and might get you in t...

Well, I went and did it. I met the guy, and hooked up to the camper. I had the air bags pumped up, and the Pathfinder did squat just a little. Not a problem. I jumped on the interstate, accelerated up to about 60, still no problem. Then it started to sway violently side to side. I kept control of it...

Re: How are your air bags /air lift kit holding up?

Mine leak. They don't last a day after I pump them up. I haven't looked for the leak yet, but I will post here as soon as I get a chance to look - probably this weekend. Just wanted to give an update on this. I contacted the manufacturer. All I had to do was send them a picture of the bad air bag, ...

Nah. I looked for it. There are other options like the speed of the Intermittent Wipers (which I don't have), the sensitivity of the Automatic Headlights (which I don't have)...

Automatic window surprise!

I left for a cruise last week, and locked my keys away before I left home. When I came back a week later, I discovered that both front windows were completely open. Luckily, a friend had noticed and covered the windows to keep out the heavy rains we were having at the time. Nissan had this really st...

Towing advice needed

I’ve been scouring the forums, and I haven’t been able to find all the information I need. Please forgive me if it’s here and I missed it… In a couple of weeks, I will be driving about 300 miles to pick up a camper trailer. The first time I see it will be when I hook up to it to bring it home. So….....

Re: How are your air bags /air lift kit holding up?

Thinking about installing the air bags on our 2011 PF, and am just wondering if anyone has has any problems with them, and did they improve your towing experience. Thank you! Mine leak. They don't last a day after I pump them up. I haven't looked for the leak yet, but I will post here as soon as I ...

I got my 2010 a few months ago, and noticed that sticker the first time I filled it up. I alternated the first few tanks with 93 and 87. I didn't notice any difference, and the Pathfinder didn't seem to care either. I'm sticking with the 87 octane.

I installed mine last night. Riding to work this morning, I did notice it to be a little firmer. Could be all in my head - just knowing it should feel different makes it feel different. We'll see how it does this weekend. We're going tent camping. We carry about 400 lbs of gear with us. The first t...

My AVS are in-channel. Easy install, and a nice clean look.
