The X-M quality works fine for me but the interface compared to another 3rd party mfg on a Tahoe is limited. When searching names you only get 7 or 8 digits of info and no scrolling. The button sequence is also convoluted compared to others I have used. If I were to do it over I would be checking to...

AC performance

Had similar happen to me on a couple of long trips. Did some homework and found this TSB. Should be a no brainer if you take this to the dealer. I'm going to mine this week. Let us know how you make out. NTB06057 IF YOU CONFIRM: The Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) System, when set to a cold temp...

Well worth the $80.00

I installed the AirLift system after reading Carl’s reviews and trials. It made a big difference in body roll but most importantly balanced the suspension front to back as the back end seemed to have much more roll than front end dive causing a squirrelly feel in the corners. I hauled with a trailer...

Bose Stereo

The Bose Stereo came with the 2006 Pathfinder LE. The Pathfinder is a great vehicle but the Stereo is much too boomy and the mid top end is not that crisp. Does anybody else find this the case? I have the base 2 notches below center and the treble and mid tone 1 notch above center to try to get a ni...

Installed the Airlift system yesterday. Although interest in some help while trailering morocycles a coule of times a year...I was more interested in a tighter suspension, particularly the back end which got squirly in sweeping turns and curves. This system did the trick and really tightened it up w...

Thanks, I'll order them tonight. They were the AirLift Kit right? On the stiffer spings issue. I did some research before I found this great site......the Ranch shocks RS9000's with dial up stiffness are a possibility for what we may want. They even have a in truck adjuster ...the RCX that presurize...

Re: iPod and Sat in '06

Does anyone have the factory installed iPod interface and/or factory installed Satelite? If so I have a couple of questions... #1 - With the Ipod, I'm curious how well the interface works (ie: does it display across the screen, sound quality, etc.) #2 - Is the factory installed Satelite radio contr...

Air Bags

Carl, Thanks for the details on the install. I have a couple of questions. with the AirLift set at minimum preasure...I think it is 5psi. Is the ride height of the unloaded Pathfinder the same or higher? When you ride with the truck unloaded, does it feel stiffer in the back? I tow a trailer rarely ...

MPG's

Just bought the 2006 LE and love it. I have 3k miles on it in just under a month. Just took a trip from Philadelphia out to a club near Ligonier PA for a wedding. Just over 500 miles. Started the MPG in the garage in Center City Philly. Trip up the Schullkill expressway was 20mph to 35mph bumper to ...
