Had the typical swaying back and forth due to bad rear link bushings. Replaced all four end link assemblies and it tracks great under steady state driving. I would check for any vacuum leaks, clean out EGR ports in intake, and check your carbon canister.

Are you positive you changed the correct sensor? P1145 is the drivers side sensor, the part # is 23731-2Y52A.
