Little update, now that I am at a keyboard versus my phone.

When I first put the key in and tried it the voltage was all the way at the bottom. When I tried again a second later it didn't move, after the third or fourth try when everything came back on it jumped up to probably around 11 V.

From what I have read, it is the build quality of the radiator.
They don't leak on the outside, for this particular issue. Instead, the section at thebottom of the radiator that the tranny fluid runs through for quicker warming fails and allows coolant into the tranny fluid.

Well, easiest way is to take both hoses off the radiator cooler and connect them with a short length of new hose.

As you noticed, the output for the radiator cooler wraps around the driver's side on ours on its way to the auxiliary cooler ...
