Little update, now that I am at a keyboard versus my phone. The glitch only happened once. That was this morning. When it happened, nothing worked. No inside lights, no dash lights, nothing. When I first put the key in and tried it the voltage was all the way at the bottom. When I tried again a second later it didn't move, after the third or fourth try when everything came back on it jumped up to probably around 11 V.

Yeah, but if your luck is like mine, it would fail right after the warranty ran out.

From what I have read, it is the build quality of the radiator.
They don't leak on the outside, for this particular issue. Instead, the section at thebottom of the radiator that the tranny fluid runs through for quicker warming fails and allows coolant into the tranny fluid.
