I changed my trany an diffs oils at the dealer at around 70,000 miles. I purchased here in dec 2010 with 64,000. Since then I just switched both diffs to 3.356 gears and Sorry but I went with Red Line Stuff. Next I am going to change the tranny and transfer case with Red Line oil as well. Waiting to...

My 08 V8 has the external cooler on the driver side as well. I have not looked at the hoses the way they ran them but if the trany oil is fed to both coolers with the same line it would be different lenght of hose then the pathy's with no external cooler. 08 V8 here with 86,000 miles. my warranty expires end of this year. Ill have it inspected few times more till then. I drive it hard and so far so good.

It will not let you tow more capacity safely then whats recomended by nissan for the pathfinder V8, if thats what you mean. But it will definitely help you with towing. It will tow better and easier up the hills. It will pull the trailer easier from stand still or any speed.
