TO me the 2013 design is fugly. I hate when they take a good thing SUV and try to make it look more like a minivan. I have to say yes to black, specialy when you get rid of all the chrome moldings, roof rack, paint all the chrome in back , and poly powdercoat the oem rims in mirror black :D only chr...

Yeah thanks. I did mention that at the end of my original post that i still need to do. i am changing my hid balasts from DC-DC to DC-AC ones and will take care of it aat the same time. I'd get some small, plastic conduit to wrap those wires up with. It'll protect them from rubbing through against a...

I have not heard of anyone with V8 pathfinder have any issues. maybe they upgraded the radiators for 08 year.

didn't think the 08+ v8's had this problem?

Thank you...

I have 82,000 miles with not a single issue as of yet. That includes trany. Massive mechanincal fan? you are right, it is heavy as *$%^ These fans cover 100% of the radiator and pull alot more CFM at 100% operational speed then Mechanical fan. V8 already has large external trany cooler as you alread...

Hood Support Struts.

I dont understand why Nissan couldn't provide these from the factory, or at least have them on the top of the line LE's like my Pathy. When I purchased my used 08, the plastic tip from the hood support arm was brocken off, I almost lost my finger once, when the hood arm fell and hood closed on me. H...

US 08 + models all have Power assist closing fiture. I beleave Canadian versions didnot come with it. my 08 at 1 point stopped working. I had 2 ways of closing it: 1- close it slowely and there will be a gap since the power assist wouldnot close it tight 2- Slam it hard, only way to close it all the...

Battery connection terminals

Same issue here with the odessey battery. Very bad oem clamp design. looks like it was made for 1 time use. I had to completely change the setup. Here are pics of what I did to make sure the battery connection to the fuse block stays connected: http://i1080.photobucket.com/albums/j337/forgottenzone/...

V8 Volant Install Upd8

Updated my 1st page original post with mods i did to make it all fit in place. Modifications I had to do. The bolt hole inside the filter box did not match to the hole on the pathy fender well. So either drill the bottom of the box plastic to match the pathy bolt hole or simply use sheetmetal self t...
