Thanks blink32 for the Info! At least we are a step closer.

Maybe you can post our specs from the Service Manual posted here to the site in AU and see if we can verify the fit.

Is there a possibility you can tell us the AU site?

blink, don't forget to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes, reconnect, and drive immediately for a few miles for the ECU to compensate.

How is your overall power affected, as well as MPG and ride quality?

ARB USA states that the kit is not available because they were not able to test it on a US model Pathfinder. This was the case with my 2001 Montero, so I had to order it from Australia. Fit perfectly since the AU Montero (Pajero) had exactly the same suspension as the US version. Now, if we can veri...

Great to hear. This is exactly the setup I am looking for once I get a suspension lift. Looking forward to the pics.
Thanks

got it, thanks. gonna contact them for a part number and find a dealer Great, let me know who you get a hold of since I would like to order it as well. Based on the info, it claims a 30-40mm increase in height. However, from my experience (I have a set on my Montero), I got about 2" lift altho...

ARB OME Suspension availability

I just got an email indicating the availabilty of the Old Man Emu suspension from ARB. I do know that the OME suspension is good (I have one for my Montero). The latest edition of ARB 4x4 Action is now available! Our quarterly newsletter details all the latest news from ARB, including product releas...

ragpaoa- your post about confirming a rear locker for our pathy, do you have any more information about that? please let us know what you have found out. Yes, this is directly from ARB rep in seattle: "After reviewing our application guide for air lockers I see that we do not have an air locke...

I just want to clarify my last post. I really do like my Pathfinder, and I am here to give positive input on the vehicle. I was only ranting about the dealer support, which I have a problem with. Also, I have 2 Altimas and a sentra, and I receive the same bad support. They never fixed my 2003 Altima...

I can agree with you on the dealer side of things. The Nissan dealers here in SoCal was the final straw for me. I have had numerous nagging problems with my pathy since I bought it, rattles, air conditioning, power steering, and they always claim that they "Cannot reproduce the problem". A...

Try to keep the Pathy if you can. I have wheeled in my quite a bit (LE 4x4). Nothing too hardcore, but definitely a lot worse than your dirt hill ordeal that broke your diff. More and more aftermarket parts are coming out. I just confirmed from ARB in Seattle that they have the rear lockers for our ...

Thanks for the info. Let us know what actually broke inside when you take it to the dealer. Just curious if its the spider gears, axle splines, ring and pinion.

Wow ....

Hmm .... the front diffs are the R180 type. Fairly rugged. Used as the front diffs on some of the older original Pathys. The rear has the R200 series which is not too shabby. Is it the Diffs, or the axles that broke? Could the lift have caused the problem (although it shouldn't). I have wheeled my 0...

Great, I'll look around for more trails

Great! Thanks. I will look around for more trails as well. I am looking for trails that are more on the moderate to fairly difficult levels. I am planning a few upgrades to, i.e suspension lift and hopefully an ARB locker when ARB gets one tested for our 2005+ Pathfinders. I know of a few in the San...

Trails in California

Hey RacerZX, I'm fairly new to the forum, but I have had my 2005+ 4x4 LE Pathy of over 2 years now. We love to go 4wheeling always looking for 4x trails. We live in Southern CA but occasionally go up the coast to visit family in San Francisco. I saw the pictures you posted off the coast of Californi...
