Oh, now that you mention that, I replaced the forward body mounts as well. The engine mounts were done a few years back on warranty as well

CLUNK with Calmini Lift

Hey everyone! I have been chasing a clunk in my front end for a while now. I installed the Calmini 5" with Radflo coilovers. This clunk happens when I go over things at lower speeds, like speed bumps and what not, and seems to happen as the struts extend. Here's a list of things I have done try...

Haha, thanks. I'm happy how the front bumper turned out, after months of waiting without answers. And I got a rear bumper from them too that I'm really upset with, customer service and overall disregard for quality. I've been meaning to start a thread to warn people about them, and I'm kind of torqu...

Yes I plastidipped it and all of the emblems. Since then though, I bought a new grille with a mesh insert and had it painted to match the truck. It looks really sharp, a lot better than the plastidip, because it chipped quite often when bugs and rocks hit it.

I don't have the remote reservoir like you do, but yes, SEEMS to be only on the way down. It is driving me insane. I feel like the shudder is getting worse over time. I have changed the front body mounts, put the new style sway bar bushings on, new LCA's, and new inner and outer tie rods. I even mou...

I have replaced the LCA's twice now in the last year. One of the bolts took me about 2-3 hours to get out with an impact hammer. Installation is very straight forward, but it can be a PITA if you run into any snags.

I did radflo's and I really like them. However, I have a clunk that I have been chasing for about a year now when I go over speed bumps and such, it seems to happen when the coil-overs extend. I have no idea where it is coming from.

Yeah, I have replaced those. I have also replaced inner and outer tie rods, upper and lower control arms, and the front set of body mounts. I feel like I'm chasing ghosts!

Hey Ashiyd, did you ever figure out what it is? I am having trouble diagnosing something similar.

I changed out the sway bar bushings wi the new style from courtesy parts for about $20 and no more creaking.
