Re: WANTED- 2005 Pathfinder owner's manual booklet

Subject says it all. I bought a used 2005 SE and none of the manuals were there. Thanks!! Did you see where you can get the digital PDF versions here for free? http://www.thenissanpath.com/viewtopic.php?t=2 Not sure if you just wanted the printed version but this may hold you over for now. They are...

Just another option

www.courtesyparts.com was passed to me by a fellow member. They seem to have good prices and I don't see the link above so it seems worth checking out. Also, they have nice diagrams of the assemblies that you can click on for individual pieces. Not sure if that feature is available on the others.

Maybe somebody has already covered this, but wouldn't replacing the radiator with an OEM style do the same thing? If the OEM's fail and cause fluid mixing, wouldn't this be the same case if you replace with an OEM or did they fix the replacement radiators? volvite, I thought the same thing at first...

Nissan will only replace the radiator if it fails did yours fail? Mine hasn't yet but I am at 70k miles for me. I think I found the answer to my OEM radiator cost (Part #21460-9CA0E) which appears to be between $450-$550.00. Labor seems to be 2-4 hours based on input at http://www.thenissanpath.com...

Re: I by-passed my in radiator tranny cooler

This is my first post, I haven't had my Pathfinder too long. But I have an 05, with just over 50,000 miles on it. I have read more than enough about people having problems with coolant mixing with their tranny fluid causing thousands of dollars worth of damage. So I picked up a B&M Trans cooler...

Glancing Blow

Looks like a glancing blow. Good to hear that was the extent of it. I like the rims and rack setup on your ride.

Battery Swap - VDC/Slip light on

You may have the VDC/slip light on after the battery. No biggie. Just drive a bit, it'll go out. You'll also have to reset your clock and radio presets as well as sometimes the auto-up stop on your windows. Avoid the battery savers, more harm than good. I just changed the battery and only had to re...
