Great thread, lots of info. It seems like no one is using the largest exhaust manufacturer around, Flowmaster. Has anyone tried any Flowmaster products?

Also to those owners with headers, where did you get them, are they completely custom?

Could it just be the belt after it warms up and stretches out a bit? What shape is it in?

Up the octane to 93 and you will eek out a few more mpgs, also, did you have your a/c on in that 110 degree heat? If so, turn it off! Plus remember to make sure your tires are at the correct psi, your air filter is clean and you are not carrying around a lot of unnecessary items in the back of your ...

Threads you've posted in icon

On many other message boards after you post in a thread there will be a small logo that shows next to the post which tells you that you've posted in that thread. I've noticed that this message board doesn't do that. I like to look at the thread index and be able to see clearly which threads I've pos...

Stick on ones. Holds very well as long as the surfaces are prepped properly.

brake upgrade

Anybody do any type of brake upgrade on these trucks? Rotors/pads? I bled my brakes last weekend because I felt like the pedal travels a little farther than I am used to (coming from a car). It's only slightly better now. I know this truck has that electronic brake force distribution. Anybody feel t...

I love having them on my truck, they are functional and they look good. Unfortunately the drivers door one is broken so to replace it I have to buy a kit for the Frontier regular cab (I don't need to buy another 4 pcs).

Oh yeah, AVS Ventvisor, smoked.

Good ideas I didn't think of. I knew that I was going to have to take off the intake and I will probably take a quick pic with the camera phone.

What is involved with replacing the tensioner pulley? Cheap part?

Serpentine belt routing

Shouldn't there be a belt routing diagram under the hood of my 2005 V6 R51? I have to replace the belt and I'd like a rounting diagram to follow just in case I get confused putting the new one on. Does anybody have one? Also, I haven't checked yet but are one of the tensioners spring loaded so that ...

I'm thinking of doing the bypass and maybe next spring installing an atf cooler. Will the existing feed line to the radiator make it over to the IN on the trans cooler? What should I buy to close off the IN/Out on the radiator? I am a mechanical guy and I have tools but I am a little unsure of doin...
