I've got 10k on my OME so far, never got the front knock. I did have alignment issues that drove me nuts caused my VDC to go nuts on rainy days, etc. I'd ask for a print out of your alignment for your records anyway. From the printout you can tell if it is the newer windows based alignment software ...

Nope it's a direct replacement. No mods necessary. I replaced the stock -Terminal clamp because the OEM one looked like crap.

There is a Top Post model and side and top and side post available. The packaging is really nice and doubles as a battery spacer.

Not to beat a dead horse but if the rear is out of spec it will effect the readings on some equipment ie: if your rears are "a little off" even it the fronts show to spec it may not be the case. If you can't get your rears to spec your pin may be fused to the sleeve of the bushing in your ...

I was just about to reply to Fofiddy's comment about diesel's "normal" price. Yeah, it was (relatively) very recent that diesel surpassed gas. Since that time, I've seen numerous TV interviews with truck drivers & it is insane what they are dealing with price-wise and life-wise. I cal...

Oh just rub it in Makc ;) At this point I think it is pretty safe to say we will not see a diesel Path in North America unit the unit body model rolls out at the soonest. I'm not sure if it's the same way around the world but diesel is a scam in the US. It's normally $1 more per gallon even though i...

Personally anywhere from 340-270 which averages 15-16k a year. I'll hit 50k by the end of the week. My old commute only afforded me 13mpg in the winter and 15mpg in the summer. My new one so far is pointing to around 18 19mpg which in theory would allow me aboot 380 miles. keep in mind this is with ...

I'm in the market for a used street bike for now but only because I like to ride. My new commute to work allows me to get 19mpg over nearly the same distance so compared to what i got in the past (13-14) I'm not really complaining. It's nice to have a alternative to a fuel hog considering most stree...

Greek you can get the entire factory kit that will work on the S/XE through Courtesyparts.com (wish I did) there are two different switch/stalks depending on your model. I tried to order from Enissanparts.com in December and never heard back then they were down for a while so I'm not sure if their f...

I went on a little bit of a joy ride with the Girl and the pooch yesterday, about 300 or so miles through western MA up to Bennington VT and back hopping to State parks and a microbrewery or 2. With 4x4, the OME, and 31.6" tires speeds ranging from 40-70mph with a few sprints to 85mph to put so...

This time I let Firestone do it. I did the rest myself but when it's come to time lately I just couldn't squeeze it in. I figured the location I could do the work at was just to far to drive with the alignment as out of whack as it would be. $360 later, I sort of regret I hadn't but after seeing all...

OK so I finally had the time to have my new lower links put in. http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n258/raphfofiddy/Image2.jpg Problem solved. For those of you unable to get your alignments up to spec especially in the rear; It could be your cam bolts have frozen to your bushing sleeves in the rear ...

Greek you can go with the 265/75's I went from the 245's to 265's on my XE (before they went to calling it an S). They fit fine (put 15k on them before putting in the OME) but will hit you on acceleration even more than fuel eco so keep that in mind.
