HVAC Blower motor failed 2008 Pathfinder SE

On my 2008 Pathfinder SE, the HVAC Blower motor failed. It started off as an intermittent problem which has evolved into a permanent problem. The AC compressor kicks on and cold air will make it's way through the vents when driving from the pressure from the slipstream. It's definitely the blower mo...

Detectors don't work?

@jhg120 Yep, the last ticket I received was coming down a curved hill road approaching a mercantile district in a town where the speed limit transitions from 45 to 30. The police officer actually apologized for the ticket and for setting up a speed trap there. What are you going to do? It's true tha...

After trying out a couple of detectors, I purchased the Escort Passport 9500ix and it is great! It's been two years and I love it. I run in automode with the X band detector turned off. The other detectors I had were constantly picking up false alarms and noise: the detector that cried wolf. The Pas...

The 08 PF (not sure about the others) have that hood prop bar (instead of springs or a gas strut) to hold the hood open during service. When buying the car, the sales man attempted to shut the hood thinking it was a gas strut and poked a pop up dent through the top and bent the hood slightly. I was ...

passenger side floor wet

This is actually a common problem. The first thing to do is to check and see if the evaporator hose is backed up. There's also a common problem with PF and Titans where the floorboard metal is joined--the weld is incomplete. There's a service bulletin out about it--Nissan has them fix the leak with ...

The problem with trying to shop the seller's websites is that they always show the headlights just sitting there, out of the vehicle. Why don't they have a pic of them in the vehicle from the manufacturer? They must have test-fit them right? Can anybody post pics of their installed headlights with c...

This Path looks great! Is it stock (2WD or 4WD) in this photo? Once you removed the mudflaps, where does it rub? What offset did you get?

Did you remove the tires prior to paint? What kind of paint did you use, rattle can or something more professional? I'd be happy with that, if they come out as out as good as yours.

If you're concerned about longevity you'd probably want them powdercoated.

Black painted rims

Looks awesome, great job. I'm going to cut and paste to see how they look on a silver Path!
