I did the BBK upgrade last month and can confirm that 17" rims clear no prob.
Still bedding on the new pads so no update on a bigger bite or not.

@Lucky51 - I hate to say it but terrye is right! As nice is this one is, unless you do the work yourself, it's not worth paying someone for all those hours of work...compared to buying a yakima or thule off the shelf.

So not finding anything out there, short of a full frontal lobotomy....I mean swap, I've gone with OEM axles!

On the bright side...they have held up pretty well to lots of tough terrain!

Exhaust was never listed as a change to the R51 that I ever saw.

I would have it installed at an exhaust shop and if there needs to be any tweaks, they can make it there on the spot.

There were maybe 4 others over the years that have posted pics of their rigs on 35's but who knows if they're still on the road or not.

I really like the 35's over any of the smaller sized tires I've run. Almost seems like the gearing on my truck was meant for 35's!!
