It just stopped working all of a sudden...all very strange and a bit annoying as I'm about to take it on a 2000mile trip so will go by the trip computer rather than the fuel gauge!!

Thanks deermjd, I'll take a look at the other threads you sent and see if there's anything new. I've checked the VIN with the dealership and there are no outstanding recalls on it unfortunately. My mechanic removed the fuel tank and the fuel sender and checked the resistance of the sender too none o...

Faulty fuel sensor 05 Diesel Pathfinder
I have an 2005 Pathfinder which has developed a fault with the fuel sensor. My local mechanic has removed the fuel tank and fuel sender neither of which have a fault...has anyone else had this problem and do you have any suggestions??
