I asked this same ? Awhile back and someone said it was the design of the engine mounts that was the main cause of the idle shake?

Yes it's normal and yes it's annoying! When I got my 2012 PF a few months ago I also questioned it and yes the shutter is quite common on the V6 I don't know about the V8 model?

It sounds like you have a good handle on things. Years ago my father also snapped off his sway control mounts before switching to two friction bar sway control units and it made a huge difference he also did not need to crank the pressure out of the one unit just "tight" on both. I hope yo...

Spare tire size ?

If I go from the stock size of 245/75/16 on my Pathy to a size 265/75/16 do I have to change the Sapir to the same size? I was told it can cause problems with the PF is I ever need to use it?

You should be fine with your set up I have towed my Jayco travel trailer many miles with both a Dodge Durango and an 06-V6 Toyota 4Runner without any issues. My Jayco is the same size and weight as your camper and although I have not towed it yet with my 2012 Pathy (new to me) reports are it will to...

Model year diff change

I have noticed on my 2012 PF that the rear Diff cover is an aluminum unit with cast in Finns for improved cooling. I have also noticed that some Pathys within the same design years of 05-? Do not use the same diff cover. Was there a model year change were the complete diff model was changed or just ...

Looks great how much do they charge for the wax? I seem to have great luck with my old stand by wax New Finish and it's cheep. Actually New Finish is not a wax it's more of a sealant.

Is it possible that on the bad cylinder a connecting rod let go? Or maybe a hole in that piston?
