Its a 07, "S" Model and I miss the sunroof and leather I had in the previous model. I bought Nissan running boards. I think I would rather have the sliver model. But I am just kinda too cheap to pay for it

Is there a Timing Chain Tutorial

I have the dreaded secondary timing chain whine. I could complain all day about the 1500.00 quote from the dealership. But It wont do me or anyone else any good. I have done a few timing belts and chains in my time, But never a variable one. Does anyone have know of a "Timing Chain Tutorial&quo...

I use old socks and cut the ends out and use it over my arm to prevent the drain slide from cutting my wrist's. After I am done I use the sock to clean up the mess.

When I used cheap oil filters in the past I could hear it. Or when it's really cold. I use Nissan oil filters and dont hear it anymore.

I owned several pickup trucks with the Z24 engines. And heard the tick at startup too. Untill I stopped using the cheap filters.

Does anyone remember the tool that was in the lug wrench pouch under the backseat to remove the plugs in older models???

I still have it. I kept it when I traded in my 95.

Find a milk crate to set the gas can on. And then buy a electric kerosene pump that runs on D battery's. They are like 5-10 bucks. Should be in Walmart near the kerosene heaters. You may need to look in a hardware store because the heaters are seasonal at walmart.

I added brake fluid and replaced the battery and it helped, but it still comes on from time to time. Make me cringe because there is really not much info out there on it.

That does look good, but it has a black rack too.

I doubt anyone would ever see it because R51's setup pretty high anyway.

Thanks again

I'm sorry, but I don't believe Nissan made transmissions to only work with Nissan brand fluids. You dont have to believe anything, You get to select which theory you like best. I called the local stealership and they said any fluid that is compatible would not void the warranty. So use whatever flu...

Hmmmm, I had a 95 and changed the trans fluid around 30,000 each time. At 117,000 I bought Castrol and within two weeks the transmission died. I bought a salvaged one. I had to buy an aftermarket filter because the dealer said it doesn't have one (WTH???) That tells me that have had trans problems f...
