I talked with Gibson today and although their website does not show it the same part numbers are used for both the '05 and '06 Pathfinder... Hope this helps... The combo of the exhaust and the cold air intake really do make a big performance difference

The intake/exhaust sound is only loader when you get on it at high RPM's... At idle it is not very much louder than stock just a little lower tone/growl... The exhaust tip is even with the bumper, but is adjustable...... Triffid
