Man! So sorry to see this, there has to be a reason like it was submerged in freaking salt water for a year or two. Man, can't believe what i saw.

For your driving, once a year, with Amsoil would be my recommendation. This is just my opinion but taking the running boards off makes it look cheap. I know the guys with lifts and that actually off-road theirs do this mod however they are usually replaced with sliders.

Thx for the reply's, I like to keep mine clean and if plastidip does not clean well or looks weathered after a short while I might just paint these areas. I'm gonna buy a can and spray something random like part of the lawnmower and see how it does.

So, after this has been sprayed on and it's time to wash the area Plasti dipped, does the dipped area wash well? I mean, does it look clean, new and shiny like it was just sprayed on? I've never messed with it but it seems like it would just not wash well. Correct me if I am wrong here, i'm looking ...

Just an idea, but how about removing that entire plastic piece then installing a strip of black grip tape like those used on skate boards. I have never taken that part off, i'm guessing it's just a smooth surface underneath but anyway, I think it would be practical for your situation. Also the grip ...

I can assure you there are far more "basic" transmissions than the Pathfinders.

I built transmissions for 10+ years, mostly on GM vehicles but I've had my hands in about all makes.

Very easy to do with a socket and hammer. Keep pounding away just don't hit that precious aluminum shaft. And ditch the flat head screwdriver, you don't need that at all for this procedure (except to pop the retainer pins off the top of the joints.)

If you have the factory lcd display and factory dvd, why would you want to change out the factory hu? Maybe it's just me. There's tons of other thing you could do if you are trying to upgrade your stereo or something similar. I suggest reading some car stereo forums. What's in your truck gets no bet...

Well, my Sprint Samsung Epic S1 has 4G capabilities, however the option for 4G has to be turned on. Anyway, for what it's worth... It's actually a good phone overall. Yet the 4G service Sprint sold me on has NEVER been used. EVER.

Had this phone 2.5 years too.
