Update... Today I ordered the K&N FIPK cold air kit. K&N claims a 14.27 hp gain @ 5700 rpm at the rear wheels. After alot of research I chose the K&N for a couple of reasons... 1. Of all the companies offering cold air kits, K&N was one of the few with specific results, including a d...

Hey BMX I didn't see anything about the speakers being changed out. I changed the speakers too. I started my audio upgrade by installing Sony Xplode series speakers in all 4 doors. Matter of fact, it was replacing the speakers that made me realize I would have to add an amp. Even though the Sony's ...

Sorry, I am talking about the aftermarket intake kits that replace the pipe from the throttle body, and the entire air box. Btw, I have replaced the stock air filter with a K&N also. Tonight I will find out the difference it makes. I am going to the drag strip and I have a brand new OEM filter a...

After Market Air Intake kits... Which ones are ya'll using?

I have seen posts here and there about what some of ya' have put on your P-Finders for some better breathing.

Lets see if we can get 'em in one topic...

Which ones?
Noticable performance/ mileage improvements?
Pics?
Specs?
Opinions?

Thanks.

I ran the speakerwire, power, RCAs down about a 2 ft channel together. I assume that you ran them down under the center console? I did about the same except the RCA's. I have speaker wires, a power cable, and an amp turn on wire running thru there. Fofiddy, Btw, I fianlly saw your response on my am...

The only thing I grounded was the amplifier. I just put an "eyelette" connector on the end of the amplifier's ground wire and put it under a seat bolt to the body. It is on the lower left of the amp in the picture. Its kinda covered by the power wire conduit though. The amp ground is under...

I tried looking through it http://www.courtesyparts.com/nissan-manual/pdf/2005-Nissan-Pathfinder.pdf I used this Manual and looked in the DIY section. And there was no info. Sorry, I should have clarified. Its in the repair (service) manual, not the owners manual. There is a link to the repair manu...

Looks like you have to remove the interior trim panel from the rear hatch to get the chrome plastic thing off, then you get access to the light.
