OK, i just bought the lamp kit but apparently the turn signal stalk only fits the 2010 and beyond. I have a 2005 pathy. Here are my ideas:
1. Is there any way i can retrofit this thing?
2. Can I separate the stalk from one mechanism and put it on the other? It has two screws at the base of it, so ...

McMaster struts are the way to go
Just put on new McMaster struts. Follow the instructions on these links (links to parts included). Done in 20 mins.
