by the way, we have this rear hatch cinch motor/latch in stock at our dealership. if anyone is interested in it, send me a message and i will get a price for you.
Your cinch motor is more than likely defective. Excessive resistance building up in the failing motor could be your cause. I have replaced a BUNCH of these motors.
Go back to your dealer and tell them the alignment was not properly performed. You know that because eccentrics were not installed in the front of your truck. Follow that with a "ill call consumer affairs if this is not addressed" and you will have a proper alignment performed.
Doubt it. I would say it is fine. The tech probably installed the new relay and shipped it. I had one last week that was towed in. Replaced relay and it was hard to start. After a few good cycles it was fine.
Pics? I agree completely. That garbage needs tone removed. Could be the cause of your spark knock. Now I have worked on a couple 4.0's with heavy carbon deposits causing spark knock from 87 octane. Does it completely disappear with 93 octane? If so you may want to try a chemical de-carbon
If it's the heater core you can drain the coolant and vacuum fill it. I can't speak for all the techs out there but this is the ONLY method I use. It's the only guarantee that 100% of the air in the system is purged
