Ok I live in the Seattle area so i guess i can give you some insight. I've had my pathy since 06 & have run it in some good storms here. So far no chains & no studded tires. I have Yokohama Geolanders & they work fine. Our problem with snow is that we get the thaw / freeze cycle & th...

Ok, when you push the remote button to lock & unlock the hatch, can you hear a clicking noise inside the door ? Both when locking & unlocking ? If so, it may be that the plastic clip that holds the rod from the solonoid to the latch has broken off. I recomend removing the inside panel & ...

This is a common problem we see at our shop alot. seems a certian manugactuer uses soy sauce as a lubricant when they build the wire harnesses. Then the rodents find a warm place to sleep with a pre nap snack.
We wire tie rat bait boxes ontop of the battery of customers cars to prevent this problem.

I would start by replacing the fuel pump relay.
Also, have you had the fuel pump / sending unit recall done ?
I had my pump replaced 3 times before the dealer got it right. The car would run out of fuel still showing 1/4 tank.

I haven't experienced this on my '06 but here's some thoughts: Does this happen on all road surfaces or could the car be following the grooves in the road ? How's the tire pressure ? too high or too low cam make the vehicle do weird things. Is it possible that there is a belt seperating in a tire ? ...

P0442 refers to an evap system problem which could be a loose gas cap. I'd remove the cap & reinstall it, making sure you click it down 5 times. Then drive the car 3 - 5 drive cycles & the light should reset.
