Was in Sedona in March - a neat place, but a little too far away for me to make it this weekend. Have fun.

Ouray, Colorado

A couple weeks ago, my Pathfinder, my family and I took a road trip/vacation to Ouray, Colorado. After a day and a half drive (855 miles one way) we made it to Ouray and met up with my sister-in-law who has an Xterra, and my in-laws. We did some hiking, some walking and shopping around the town, too...

Nice pics and vids. The trails never look as bad in pictures as they are in real life. I was just out in Colorado a couple weeks ago and did quite a few trails... I will get some pics posted in the next couple of days.
I agree with you that the Pathfinder is a great vehicle for road trips!

What made you decide on the supersliders over the other options? The only other option I am aware of is shrockworks. These are similar to the supersliders, and probably a good option as well. The reasons I went with supersliders are they were a little less expensive, and I think they have a sleeker...

I installed my supersliders tonight. I am pretty low on the mechanical ability scale, but didnt have any major problems. I did have a friend there to help since each slider is about 35 pounds. It took a little over 2 hours to do it. These things are solid! Here is a basic idea of what is involved: H...

Well, some good news, and not so good news. I got the dust covers and washers installed (free of charge), and it makes all the difference in the world! The chatter and other noises are gone from the front end! The ride is great! The not so good news, is they did a re-align, and could not get the rea...

Guys - I'm taking my PF back to the shop tomorrow for a re-alignment. Also, I have noticed the noises are not settling down as I thought they were. I sometimes get quite a bit of "chatter" from the front end. I checked through some old posts and found that the installer should install the ...

I have run a few marathons. The guy that was my coach has run the badwater 2 or 3 times. Yes, he is crazy. When I run, if it gets over 80 degrees, I am done.

how much did the local shop charge for install? Did they buy the OME setup or did you buy it and only have them do the install? They wanted to order the parts themselves. If I ordered, they were going to charge slighly more for the install. Anyway, the parts and install was $1000. Not sure if the p...
