oh yeah, and pics to come of the firestone destination at's. i didnt have my camera with me today or there would be some sick pics up tonight. if these 6 plys can last even AS long as the BFG AT KO's did, i will buy another pair without hesitation. i know for a fact i would not have been able to tra...

looks like the GM shop in the first img was using hunter equipment - nice alignment rack. As for the second shop, no idea. You will NEVER find an alignment/tire shop that will have a perfect "before", you could go to the same shop again tomorrow and if you didn't get a mechanic that recog...

i know what u mean about not having the tolerances posted on the second set. a point of concern to say the least. my BFG's cupped horribly in the rear after the first alignment! i had been crossing the fronts and moving them back while just moving the backs forward to the front for rotations. that a...

Alignment Issues

Hi guys, i have been rotating my tires at every oil change or roughly 6k miles with Mobile 1 synthetic. i got my first alignment done at roughly 60k miles because of tire wear more than anything. this is what they did: http://img52.imageshack.us/img52/4223/gatewayalignment.jpg within 6k miles after ...

great project. can't wait to see the results. :-)

quick question, I'm new to vehicle mods and am gaining confidence one step at a time:

isn't the solid axle going to raise the rear end a bit as the axle needs to be mounted to the chassis and will be naturally lower than the split axle?

A/T tire options

I was just wondering what people think about the tires they are using. The BFG A/T KO's I have been using were good, in fact I was very pleased with them in virtually all conditions: highway, city, bad county highways, logging roads, snow and ice covered highways... EXCEPT for standing water conditi...

im at almost 30k miles on the BFGs and they are hanging in there like champs. :D i still have an easy quarter inch of tread on all four. granted i have been rotating them every 6k miles and do mostly highway driving, but i am very impressed with the longevity of these tires. definitely will be the t...

I got my weather techs before my '08s first winter and have never looked back.

They are invaluable in their protection and ease of cleaning.

Enjoy :D

there is no actual block heater for the Pathy, that I know of. there are a variety of oil pan heaters that are available though. I just got mine installed and it works like a charm.
