the road noise is remarkably quiet with the tires. im on the highway a ton for work, and there is little to no issue with the tread on the road. =]

yup, you should be fine. swapping over the TPSM will be the only thing you need to do. there is a tolerance of something like +/- 3% built into the speedo to accommodate the tire/wheel combos from one trim spec to the next. other than that, its just a matter of getting the tires that will work for y...

@kramer: the "silver nuts" are not removable. i am pretty sure that XD makes a similar wheel without them. i was hesitant about them at first also, but they have really grown on me now. @team3b: i had the TPMS swapped over to the new wheels. pretty simple to do. i was worried about the lev...

Yeah NJPATHY it sure does. i have to admit and apologize because i incorrectly said that it was njsteve that inspired me, but it was you NJ. my intention was not to copy your rig (which looks kick a$$ by the way), but it turned out that i had only 3 options of wheels to choose from, and the other 2 ...

it depends on where u live, but my advice is to talk to a reputable tire/wheel shop in ur area. the biggest issue is finding the 6 on 4.5 bolt pattern with a positive offset. there are very few options out there actually. most aftermarket wheels are 6 on 5.5 with a negative offset (for trucks at lea...

i love it out here by me, its the land of highways laid out on a pure grid. North, South, East, and West, you could tie a rope to the wheel and fall asleep at times it seems. so when you have traffic on the highway, you're riding with them for miles on top of miles at times. its also pretty rural wh...

Hey guys. I just wanted to drop in and let you know how the new tires and wheels are doing. Im at about 7100 miles on them right now and they still look, feel, and handle fantastic!!! There is not a hint of rub, and they wear very evenly. I was a bit hesitant at first about the aggressive tread patt...

i have an '08 SE that has the electronic latching mechanism. luckily i have not noticed any irregular action out of it. i probably use my hatch at least twice per day everyday, except on the weekends sometimes. it all depends. i have heard it struggle to close at times, but this is because i fill th...
