Here's what I found, but you may need to confirm compatibility on your own before purchasing.

Scosche AXXN, but the manual from Scosche's website only says that it fits '03-'05 Pathfinder. Amazon's part finder confirms that it does fit.

I can't confirm for a '12, but based on the pictures I have seen, the gauge cluster still looks the same as the '05+ Pathfinder/Frontier/Xterras. The LEDs should be SMD 1206.

I see what you're saying, however AFAIK the whole molding is completely different. Not just chromed. Yes. Yea, I was looking into these as well, until I saw the MSRP and the fact that they come unpainted!!! So, you still have to pay to get these painted.

They list that it's only compatible with the 03-08 G35 coupe and 04-07 Maxima. I think because those are the only ones that have been verified. I am not good with electronics, but maybe you can have a look at this and see if it works. If so, I would purchase it as well because I want the same as you...
