Can you tell me which way the bulb faces when in the housing? I plan on getting some LED replacements, but what to know which kind to get. I don't think that I can do your mod, since I know next to nothing about 12 volts.

Your best bet would probably be ebay/craigslist. In case you didn't know, the 05+ Nissan Frontier/Xterra wheels also fit.

They have a spare tire lock for the Frontier. I don't know if it will fit for the Pathfinder, however.
