I did exactly what the directions said step by step and everything went well. I was driving 40 miles an hour for about 8 minutes waiting for the light to stop blinking. at about 8 minutes the light went SOLID and it actually made a long continous beep (which startled me). then the light remained ON....

I got heat. I let it run a little bit and it got hot. I thought... because hot air was coming out the front the second I turned on the rear heat it would come out hot. i guess being a different heater coil, I need to give it a few minutes especially when its 20 degrees the past 5 days here is beauti...

cut a 1" piece of electrical tape and put on the screen. You will no longer go crazy with the light.

You can not shut it off.

2006 Pathfinder SE.

Fan runs fine but never heats up.

Front heat works fine.

Are the front and rear separate? is there a heater fuse? WTF??

Any help?

Recall was listed on Octobr 28 2010 recalling 05-06 Pathfinders to have the ECM replaced for free. Check the recalls for all of the info. Sounds like what is being listed on this thread.

I was going to call the Nissan dealer tomorrow.

Would the guy be able to tell me immedialty if its on backorder?

I am no good t calling bluffs so how should I handle it if they dealer says its NOT on backorder? Call my dealer up and tell him he is full of $#!T?

Mine is busted. Dealer said its on backorder. Its been over a month. How can a sunglass holder be on backorder. i all need is the famale end where the holder sticks into. It looks like it just sticks into the hole as its missing. can I pop one out of a wreck at a junkyard??? Anyone hear this? i thin...

Both fuses fine, defroster light turns on. no defrosting. I don't think I have ever heard a "click" when I pushed it but i definatly don't hear anyting now. I have an 06 SE with the Bose system and the digital climate control panel. I see no broken wires at the defroster as well. Thanks!

Climate contorls work but.... I cant see the LED to see anything, the screen went blank.
