Get a long bike cable & lock. Thread it thru wheel & around the hitch or bumper bracket.

here's what alldata shows on reprograming the tpms Tire Pressure Monitor Reset Procedure The TPMS will activate only when the vehicle is driven at speeds above 16 MPH (25 km/h). Also, this system may not detect a sudden drop in tire pressure (for example a flat tire while driving). The low tire pres...

Interesting that your pads are worn out. I kave 38k on my '06 & still have 30 % left.
Our shop recomends Stillen rotors & akebono ceramic pads for the best stopping with no dust build up.
Pads should be available from an independent shop.

Alldata shows that the tank must be drained & lowered from under car to remove - No access from on top. The pump & filter are one unit.
List price looks like $336.00
Try the Tecron & premium fuel first.

check the dust shield behind the brake rotor. It's the big piece of sheetmetal. Sometimes they get bent & make allkinds of strange noises.

Just checked alldata & there are no tsb's that refer to amything like this including problems with holes in the manifold.
I have experienced catalitic converter failures where the cat plugs up & the car will rev but has no power.
Good luck on this one.

The drop totally depends on the trailer you tow. The trailer must sit level when hooked up. I have a 4" drop to tow my boat & a 2" drop for my utility trailer.

My pathfinder has 37,000 & the pads are still at 50% even after towing my boat all summer. When I do change out the pads I'm going to use Brembo or Stillen rotors & Akebono ceramic pads. We have done that conversion on other suv's & it seems to work grear - better stopping power & mi...
