I might be worried to take that truck. The QC at the factory failed on quite a few levels if that's actually what happened. Anyone that's been in a factory setting knows how these things are built and you have to wonder if any other SE features were missed.

I wonder if these come from the factory with them installed or if it's something the dealer has to add? Strange unless someone was sleeping that day at the factory...doesn't give you a warm and fuzzy. BTW, where are these built?

Yeah, our Honda does the same thing. A/C is always on when it's in Auto. Does wonders for gas mileage I'm sure. Picked up a very gently used 2008 SE 4x4 yesterday. I was shopping 4Runners recently and found the Pathfinder to be better in almost every way. Hopefully it stacks up in the reliability category as well, but I can handle a few issues if I really like the vehicle. So far I really like it!
