Rocky, You should have just gave the installer a nice tip and he would have done the ebrake mod for you. I wouldn't be that concerned about safety. Anybody changed their factory wheels out for something new? I've found a couple of wheels that look good (20's and 22's). Seems like the only place to see are on www.cardomain.com. Just picked up an 06 Silver SE with the comfort/leather package. I just love it. I traded in my 02 Z06 since I needed to be able to haul stuff around. Lots and lots of questions to come......
