Thanks I haevn't had time to examine the tire yet. They have about 30K miles but still in excellent shape so I'm leaning towards replacement over repair anyway. I have used pathes in the past but typicall prefer safety when it comes to tires.

Replacing a tire question

Got a flat and might need to replace a tire, not familiar with best practices on a truck. On a FWD car if one tire blows you typically replace them in pairs and put the new tires in front. On a truck do you follow the same rule or put the new ones in back since its RWD? We don't use the vehicle for ...

So it turns out I put them in upside down last year. They came out pretty funky after a year too, if anybody else is reading this then change yours out especially if you live somewhere with lots of pollen in the air.

I got the Wix filters from Oreilly for $15 - arrows down this time

Actually many air filters are designed for the airflow to go a certain way. It could be less efficient at filtering, put more strain on the system, or the filter could even break apart as a result of being installed upside down. Also I like to things the right way the first time. I know most don't b...

Thanks for the link that manual didn't come with our truck. This si what I found

The in-cabin microfilters are marked with air flow arrows. The
end of the microfilter with the arrow should face the rear of the
vehicle. The arrows should point downward.

Cabin Air Filters Arrow Up or Down?

Its the time of the year to install new cabin air filters but I cant remember what direction the arrow is supposed to go. Last year I suspect I did the Pathfinder upside down.

What were you driving before? I have noticed a little bump steer too but always just figured its because the Pathfinder is a truck. Will have to keep the alignment in mind though.

Got the X-treme Power on today and they look good, certainly brighter than the stock bulbs and with a better color. They do a better job of lighting up the road in front of the truck and they also project further than standard bulbs but not quite as far as the Nightbreakers on my car. I would like a...

This snow you speak of doesn't make it to central TX very often but the Pathfinder certainly comes in handy for me too. It also gets better gas mileage than I originally expected.

Ordered a set of Philips X-treme Power 9007 from Amazon for $33 but they have a $10 mail in rebate expiring at the end of the month if anybody is interested.
