It usually takes longer for the notices to get up to us here. I had the same experiance with my other car when TSBs started rolling out.

Since winter has started my driver window has been going up super slow. I am going to try lubbing it up and see what happens but if you find a write up on how to replace it I would appreciate seeing it as well.

Not sure if I want to remove the bypass even with this. Hypothetical situation - you undo or never did the bypass and the rad starts to fail at the end of your warrenty.
